With three treatment objectives, Jennifer had three main objectives
Just weeks after her Hybridge treatment began, Jennifer receives her permanent upper and lower Hybridge teeth mounted on dental implants, and she can now eat the foods she enjoys and smile confidently. Best of all, her teeth are permanent and with that comes the confidence she had hoped for.
A person with complex dental issues often stops experiencing life by becoming reclusive, and separates themselves from life experiences. Since life is filled with many special moments, with joy, laughter, and time with family and friends, Dr. Hansen is dedicated to transforming your smile and your life so you can get out and enjoy life as it’s meant to be lived.
Hybridge® doesn’t sell the steak, cook the steak, but Hybridge® brings back your ability to eat the steak. Come visit Dr. Clay Hansen at Palouseview Dental in Moscow, Idaho. He’s Idaho’s Hybridge® dentist and has transformed hundreds of lives allowing people who have long since lost the ability to eat exactly the foods they want, who have lost weight, covered their mouth when they meet others, and are embarrassed. Isn’t it time to laugh, smile, eat what you want, and enjoy life again?
Jack came to us from Deary, about a 45-minute drive. He got an upper partial denture and a lower Hybridge. He wanted our help because he had loose, broken teeth that hurt. It was hard to chew. It was hard to talk, and he was afraid to smile.
Now he smiles. You can see the difference in the before and after video – the spontaneous willingness to smile is there now. He can eat the foods he loves again.
Darrel is from Potlatch, Idaho, about half an hour away. He couldn’t eat and didn’t smile much because he had so many broken teeth. He really wanted to do something, but he was afraid of the surgery. He researched for a couple of years, meeting with dentists in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. He decided to get himself taken care of in our office. He is able to eat again without choking on unchewed food. He smiles at everybody.
Paige is from Moscow. She had leukemia as a child and had loose, unreliable teeth ever since. She couldn’t eat most foods, including apples and corn on the cob, because her front teeth were loose and hurt, and she was afraid they’d fall out. Paige has not been comfortable smiling for years because of the appearance of her teeth. She wanted whiter, straighter teeth and the ability to eat foods that she used to enjoy. She wanted to feel more confident; she didn’t want to be afraid of her teeth falling out anymore. With Hybridge® her confidence is restored, she can smile, laugh, and eat what she wants again. She’s no longer in pain and loves to smile.
Scott is from Kamiah which is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away. He had broken teeth and his mouth hurt for years, unable to eat some of the foods he enjoys. We did an upper Hybridge for him, and now he can smile and eat without mouth pain anymore.
For years, Suzette had worn bottom dentures that never fit her properly. She had been to two different denturists, neither of whom was able to give her teeth that were comfortable. “Most of the time, I’d be taking them out, putting them in my pocket. That’s how I lost some.”
She had researched implants before but had a fear of the procedure. However, having been without dentures for a month, and after extensive online research, she found Dr. Hansen. “I was at the point where I needed to do something.” Watching all of the video testimonials about patients receiving their Hybridge® system helped her overcome her fear.
Now that the Hybridge® procedure is done, she is happy to say it went much better than she expected. “I have not felt my mouth feel like this for probably 20 years…It’s like having my own regular teeth again.” She is happy to report that now she can eat anything, including her favorite, Cobb salad.
Tosha had a denture made for her just a few years ago, and she hated it. The denturist made her a second one, and she hated that one, too. She was embarrassed to smile. She essentially became a recluse, avoiding social situations, because she was so self-conscious abut the appearance of her smile. Additionally, she said she couldn’t eat anything because of her bottom teeth being in such bad shape.
With Hybridge®, the things she was most looking forward to were: being able to smile with confidence, talking without hiding her teeth, and eating again. She loves her new smile and she is able to eat the foods she loves! She smiles spontaneously now, and finds herself smiling naturally, without worrying about or trying to hide it. She speaks and interacts with people with confidence again and no longer feels like she needs to hide her teeth.
Pam has known for many years that she would someday need to remove all of her teeth. She couldn’t eat because she was in so much pain. Now she can eat the healthy foods she loves and isn’t in constant pain.
She very carefully and thoughtfully researched her options to make the best choice of where to get her teeth removed and replaced and with whom. Pam finally decided to get her restoration done with Dr. Clay Hansen in Moscow ID. Pam loves her new smile!
Irene had a lower partial that was uncomfortable and moved around. After dealing with pain and discomfort for a while, she removed it and was just eating in the front of her mouth using the upper denture that she liked and the few natural front teeth she still had. A friend of hers had her teeth done with Dr. Hansen and told her how it changed her life, so Irene came to Palouse View Dental to see Dr. Hansen and see what he could do to solve her problems and restore her life and smile.
Once Irene got the Hybridge® lower arch, she was able to eat what she wants and enjoy life without the hassle and pain of a partial or denture moving around while she eats. She loves how easy they are to care for. Watch the video to hear the whole story from Irene.
Eric got a denture over 8 years ago that he never wore because it fit so poorly. “I had a denture that wouldn’t ever stay in place. My bottom teeth were starting to fall out. I really want to go back to eating the food I like, but can’t anymore”, Eric said when he came to Dr. Clay Hansen’s office.
Eric was most looking forward to eating the foods he likes (steak, nuts, and turkey). He also was looking forward to being able to eat without choking on pieces of food that were too big to swallow whole. We were able to get him upper and lower teeth that stay in all the time using the Hybridge® system. Now he eats corn on the cob, steak, nuts, and all of his favorite foods. He loves that he can eat again and that they never come out, improving his lifestyle.
Joe wanted fixed implant dentures so he could eat the foods he enjoys and smile without feeling embarrassed. After dealing with painful and broken teeth for nearly twenty years, he started looking for a place where he could get his teeth restored near his home in Coeur d’Alene. He found Dr. Hansen’s office online and after visiting other local dentists, decided it was worth the nearly 100-mile trip to see Dr. Hansen. He’s so glad to have found Dr. Hansen’s office because of the great experience he had with Dr. Hansen and his team. Also, the treatment plan got him done months before other doctors, with a cost significantly less. Joe was even able to eat chicken strips on his way home from getting his new teeth!
Steve was embarrassed about his smile and knew that his poor oral health was affecting not only his confidence, but his overall health. His goal was to have a mouthful of beautiful, healthy teeth to replace his worn, damaged teeth which would allow him to eat what he wants, look amazing, and help improve his health. He also didn’t want teeth that came in and out, so with the help of Dr. Clay Hansen, he discovered that Hybridge® was the perfect choice for him. Steve loves his new smile!
Laura lives over 50 miles away, an hour’s drive. She chose Dr. Hansen’s office over going to a dentist in a bigger city that’s closer because of the great things she heard about Dr. Hansen. Now that she can eat what she wants again, Laura is most excited about eating raw carrots, nuts, and other hard foods that were painful to eat before her Hybridge® restoration.
“I don’t think we sat at the dinner table with my kids and family for over a year. I started looking into the implant solution. It’s an investment. I wanted the something that would be the best quality, and for them to last for life. Thanks to my doctor, I can eat whatever I want. They literally changed my life.” –Kristin
“I was brushing my teeth on a Saturday morning and my tooth fell out into the sink. I was devastated. I knew back then that something needed to be done. The Hybridge doctor set it all up for me in a plan along with a time-frame we were going to get this completed in. As soon as I left the office with my new teeth, I told my wife to stop and we got a burger. I’m so grateful this has been done to me. Now I can smile with all the confidence in the world.” –Tom
Over several decades, Tom had teeth break and had to have them pulled one at a time. The before photo shows his situation when Dr. Hansen met him. Tom did Hybridge® when he was 91-years old because he wanted to feel and look young again, eat what he wants, smile, and laugh again without feeling embarrassed of his teeth.
Trish has worn a denture for a couple of decades and it was time to get a new one using the latest technology, in addition to a lower partial. Thanks to Dr. Hansen, she is looking forward to being able to chew for the first time in years and feels amazing.
“I’m so excited about how great my smile is! This is what my teeth looked like in my 20s, and it’s amazing how comfortable they feel compared with what I used to have. Thanks, Dr. Hansen.”–Trish

Kiilee had several broken teeth. She was also dealing with dental infections frequently. Dentists and the ER would prescribe antibiotics, but those would make her sick. Her teeth and her mouth hurt. She couldn’t eat anything hard, she couldn’t eat anything cold, and she couldn’t bite into anything because her front teeth were just big fillings and very fragile. She had quit going out to eat because chewing was so awkward and embarrassing. She couldn’t eat the foods she liked to eat. She wanted to close the spaces between her teeth and get a prettier smile.
“I studied this office for quite a while and wanted a dentist who could do the implants and everything. I had missing teeth, and my mouth was just not comfortable. I had severe sinus problems. Dr. Hansen and his team got me through the process, and they encouraged me.” –Mary
For patients with severe tooth loss, Dr. Hansen recommends implant supported dentures. Four or more implants hold the custom-designed full-arch prosthesis in place permanently. Resting firmly against the entire gum line, these dentures provide an unparalleled fit and look. Patients will often experience a boost in confidence after they get their implant dentures, and feel and look young again!

A dental implant is an appliance used to replace the roots of teeth. The implant is surgically attached to the jaw bone and an artificial tooth is attached to the top of the implant, creating a natural looking, undetectable replacement for the missing tooth.
Dental implants with artificial teeth are the closest thing to regrowing your natural teeth. They are strong, stable, durable and virtually undetectable. By filling gaps left by missing teeth, implants can provide better chewing ability and head off jaw joint problems.
Dr. Hansen has taken many courses in placing and restoring dental implants, creating traditional dentures, cosmetic dentures, full-mouth restorations, fixed implant teeth, the Hybridge® dental implant bridge, and other full-arch replacements in order to better serve his patients with the latest technology and techniques. In fact, Dr. Hansen dedicates over ten times the required time each year to training.
Our denture patients experience the same “WOW!” effect that our patients who have had expensive full-mouth cosmetic makeovers do. In fact, with our modern techniques and materials, no one even has to know you wear dentures. Request a free consultation today!
Implant supported dentures are the best choice for replacing a full set of upper or lower teeth.
The dental implants our dentures are attached to are designed to last for a lifetime.
Enjoy food, sports, and laughter like you used to without worrying about your smile.
The Hybridge full arch is not an implant, but is instead a full arch prosthesis restoration that can be done in two weeks. The conventional approach to dental implants, usually includes porcelain crowns or bridgework which are ideal for a few missing teeth, but for replacement of a complete arch are not ideal. All-on-4 or other full-arch replacement systems take up to 6 months to complete. Learn more about the Hybridge system here.
While the average dental implant procedure takes between three and six months, your Hybridge treatment may take as few as two weeks to complete. Treatment duration varies based on having teeth or no teeth at the start of treatment, if bone grafting is needed, if the prosthetic is on the top or bottom jaw, or if there are any dental infections
Implant fixed Hybridge teeth are permanent teeth removable only by your dentist and only when needed. When cleaning your teeth you'll brush and floss them as you would your natural teeth.
